Hi there,
I was meeting with a client yesterday and she had invited another person to join us. At the end of our meeting he said, this was so great, I was able to get so many wonderful ideas out my head. I just don't seem to be this creative when I'm alone.
I know just what he means. My creative juices really start moving when I'm in a group, one or two or more, doesn't have to be a huge amount of people. It seems like we need that push to open the valve. When I'm alone in my office I can sit and think and not generate anything beyond, oh that's an idea.
I think meeting up with others helps us feel we have the resources to call on to help us find the answer or see a new perspective. The reality is we probably end up doing it all ourselves, but just knowing someone is there to help opens up the door!
Recently I met up with three other coaches, together we formed the SF Bay Area Coaches Council. We meet periodically to brainstorm potential solutions to topics each of us want to address. It was a great two hours, went by really fast.
If you would like to join our group or want help starting your own just drop me an email, coachlindab@coachlindab.com
Cheers,
Coach Linda B

I have to agree that where 2 or more are gathered... the ideas of creativity do flow more easily. It is like looking at jumbled up letters and the with a few changes you see 2- 3 words. So it works when creating ideas for a start up business, new edge to an old job, or plain old marketing in the new market. Thanks for the share Coach Brown!
